See what it's worth

The eTwo is a Syneron skin treatment system, now carried under the Candela name, that pairs two applicators on one mobile console. FDA cleared it under K110672 in October 2011. The Sublative RF applicator delivers bipolar radiofrequency through an array of multi-electrode pin tips for ablation and resurfacing of the skin and for facial wrinkles. The Sublime applicator combines an infrared light source with bipolar radiofrequency to heat the dermis and is cleared for non-invasive wrinkle treatment. A second clearance, K141507 from December 2014, raised the available RF energy on both applicators, added a 44-pin tip, and limited energies above 62 mJ per pin on Sublative and above 100 J/cm3 on Sublime to skin types I to IV.

Sublative treatments run through sterile tips that carry a fixed pulse allowance. FDA's GUDID database lists Standard 64 Sublative iD tips in 20, 100 and 200 pulse versions, a Focal 44 tip with 20 pulses and a Focal 90 tip with 400 pulses. The Sublime applicator has no listed tip. Applicator part numbers in GUDID are FG70541 for Sublative RF and FG70551 for Sublime.

The Sublative applicator is shared across Syneron's line: GUDID describes FG70541 as fitting the eMatrix, eTwo and elos Plus. An eMatrix is a Sublative only console, and an elos Plus is a different multi-application platform that takes its own Sublime applicator (FG70631). A console that accepts both FG70541 and FG70551 and is labeled eTwo is the system on this page. GUDID lists eTwo consoles as FG70502, FG70502US and FG70503, with Syneron packaged units out of commercial distribution since October 2023 and a Candela FG70503 still listed.

Tell buyers whether both applicators come with the console, the cable and connector condition on each, and how many unopened Sublative tips you have by type and pulse count, with expiry dates. Add the software version, service records, and photos of the console label, both applicator labels and the main screen.
