Cynosure Elite Laser Equipment

The Cynosure Elite laser equipment combines two different laser types, which are Alexandrite and Nd:YAG, to make it a diverse option for handling a variety of different aesthetic laser treatments, cosmetic laser treatments and medical laser treatments. By adding different Cynosure Elite laser heads, health practitioners, aestheticians and dermatologists also have the option of treating a wide number of spot sizes.

These factors helps make the Cynosure Elite laser machine a popular choice to complete treatments including laser hair removal, vascular lesion removal, leg vein removal, acne treatments and skin rejuvenation.

One of the features that helps make the Cynosure Elite laser machine an even more versatile cosmetic laser system is the fact that it is able to switch back and forth between different laser types and different spot sizes within a single treatment session, which means that you can treat patients at your medical spa or health practice even faster. In a single session, you are then able to tackle more than one treatment, which makes clients happy. When you're ready to sell your Cynosure Elite, SellLasers acts as your selling agent. Dealers bid on your equipment; you decide whether to accept an offer.

Three ways to sell, and we tell you which one fits before you choose.

Cash offers. For most sellers. Dealers bid on your laser. You choose whether to accept an offer. Payment and pickup terms are stated in every offer. The winning dealer pays our fee. Free to you.

Managed sale. For the highest net. We sell it for you at retail. It stays in your building until the buyer has paid into escrow. Commission only when it sells, and only on this option. 30 to 90 days.

Dealer consignment. For practices closing or moving. Your laser goes to a dealer under our standard 60-day agreement, with a weekly status you can read online. If it doesn't sell, your listing returns for another sale option automatically. We share the dealer's commission, not yours.
