InMode Solaria

Sell your used InMode Solaria.

See what it's worth

Solaria is InMode's fractional CO2 laser workstation. InMode describes the source as a radiofrequency excited CO2 laser that delivers its energy as microbeams, ablating small columns of tissue while leaving the skin between them untreated. On its product page InMode gives a micro-spot size as small as 120 microns and up to 45 mJ of optical energy per micro-spot, and states that Solaria is indicated for ablative skin resurfacing, with the note that approved uses vary by country. In March 2026 InMode's chief financial officer said the company had introduced a CO2 laser the previous year, which places the launch in 2025.

The workstation ships with four tips, which InMode names Micro, Macro, Face and Surgical. The company also describes multiple scanning modes and selectable ablation areas, but it does not publish per-tip spot sizes or scan pattern names, so the tip names printed on the hardware are the most reliable way to describe what you have. A unit missing the Surgical tip, for example, is a different package from one with all four.

Confusion with other InMode equipment is less likely than with most of the brand's lineup, because Solaria is the only CO2 workstation InMode lists. Its fractional devices such as Morpheus8 are radiofrequency microneedling systems with disposable tips, not lasers, and the Erbia module shown on Morpheus8MAX is a separate product that InMode marks as pending FDA approval. If your console and handpiece carry the Solaria name, you have this system.

Because every Solaria is recent, a buyer will want proof of its origin and support status. Gather the purchase invoice, the installation date and any service records, and ask InMode whether a remaining warranty or service plan can follow the unit to a new owner. Report the software version, any error messages and the condition of each tip. Photos of the serial label, the main screen and all four tips let a dealer confirm the package before quoting.
