Picofy is the picosecond laser in InMode's workstation lineup. The FDA 510(k) database lists PICOFY as a model name of the PICO SHINING laser made by Speclipse, Inc. of Ansan, South Korea, cleared under K261214 on May 11, 2026. The system uses an Nd:YAG rod for 1064 nm output and a KTP crystal for 532 nm, both at a 300 picosecond pulse width and a maximum of 10 Hz. Rated pulse energy reaches 605 mJ at 1064 nm and 254 mJ at 532 nm. InMode's finance chief said in March 2026 that its pico laser had launched that quarter in the US.

An articulated arm carries the beam to one of four interchangeable handpieces. The clearance lists a Zoom handpiece adjustable from 2 to 10 mm, a Collimated handpiece at 8 mm, and two microlens array handpieces, Array MLA 110 and Peak MLA 60, both spanning 4 to 12 mm. Cleared uses include tattoo removal, benign pigmented lesions, acne scars and wrinkles at 1064 nm, and tattoos and pigmented lesions at 532 nm, each tied to specific Fitzpatrick skin types.

The same Speclipse platform also carries the model name PICO-K, cleared separately under K253342 in December 2025 and used as the predicate for the Picofy filing. A GUDID entry for Picofy published in January 2026 references that earlier clearance. Read the model line on your serial label and report which name your console carries.

Any used Picofy is close to new, so questions center on completeness. List which of the four handpieces you have, report the shot or usage count and the software version, and confirm the arm and handpiece optics are free of scratches. The clearance specifies a 220 to 230 volt, 9 amp supply, so note the outlet it was installed on. Photos of the serial label, the main screen and each handpiece help a dealer confirm the exact configuration.
