triLift is a Lumenis platform made by Pollogen that combines three energy types in one console. The Lumenis product page names them. Dynamic Muscle Stimulation, or DMSt, is an operator controlled, sequenced form of muscle stimulation. TriPollar RF is used for skin tightening. FibroBoost is RF microneedling with 150 micrometer Booster electrodes and a Double Pulse RF process. The FDA's GUDID record for TriLift, catalog number 30020000BK, was published in February 2022 and links three FDA clearances: K173503, K200545 and K232903.
Those clearances explain where the hardware came from. K200545, the Legend Pro DMA cleared in October 2021, describes a rolling floor console with three muscle stimulation applicators. Applicator 1 has six stainless steel electrodes for large areas, and Applicators 2 and 3 have three electrodes each for medium and small areas. The operator moves them over skin lubricated with glycerine. K232903, the Legend X Platform cleared in October 2023, combines a VoluDerm VO applicator for ablation and resurfacing, TriPollar applicators for mild to moderate facial wrinkles, and muscle conditioning. It also lists a touchscreen console, a foot switch, a patient controlled manual switch and disposable tips with stainless steel and gold plated pins.
Pollogen and Lumenis sell several neighbors, so look at the label. The Legend Pro and Legend Pro+ are RF platforms, and Lumenis lists them separately from triLift. In February 2026 a separate GUDID record appeared for triLift FACE, with catalog number 30020100. The Lumenis triLift page lists the Applicator VO tip types as gen12, gen12L, gen36, gen36L, gen100, H7x7, genXL2 and genXL3.
To price a triLift, a buyer needs the catalog number from the label, the list of applicators for both muscle stimulation and RF, and the count and type of disposable tips on hand. Confirm that the foot switch and patient switch are present and working. Service records, the software version and photos of each applicator and connector help a dealer confirm the configuration.
