The Alma Soprano Titanium is a diode laser platform for hair removal that works with three wavelengths: 755 nm, 810 nm and 1064 nm. Alma announced it on January 31, 2019 at IMCAS in Paris. Its Trio applicator fires all three wavelengths at once. In the United States the system is covered by FDA 510(k) K222064, decided October 12, 2022, and by a special 510(k), K230371, decided February 22, 2023, which added a smaller Trio applicator.

Those FDA summaries list a console with a touchscreen, a Trio applicator with a 4 cm² spot, a Trio applicator with a 2 cm² spot and an optional tapered light guide, an 810 nm applicator with a 2 cm² spot, a 755 nm applicator, a small NIR applicator and a footswitch. The cleared uses are permanent hair reduction with the 810 nm and 755 nm applicators on Fitzpatrick skin types I to VI, temporary hair reduction and coagulation of benign vascular lesions with the Trio, and topical heating for minor muscle and joint pain with the NIR applicator. Alma's ICE Plus cooling, which pairs thermoelectric and inverter cooling, is built into the applicators.

The Titanium launch introduced dual connectors that keep two applicators plugged in at once. Its FDA file names the Soprano ICE Platinum as the predicate, which makes that console a separate, older model. Early launch coverage described a 4 cm applicator called Quattro 3D, a name that does not appear in the U.S. clearances. In 2024 Alma released a Soprano Titanium Special Edition, and Alma's current product page calls its 4 cm² Trio applicator Trio MAX.

FDA device listings include a Soprano Titanium System 230V, so photograph the serial label with its voltage rating, plus the screen. List each applicator by spot size, note any facial tip or light guide, and confirm that both connectors and the cooling work. Add pulse counts, service records and the software version.
