Alma FemiLift
Sell your used Alma FemiLift.

FemiLift is Alma's configuration of its Pixel CO2 laser for gynecology, working at 10,600 nm. For years it was sold in the United States under the Pixel CO2 clearance, K103501. The FDA device database lists the FemiLift handpiece with camera, the FemiLift sleeves and single use probes under that number. On September 24, 2025, Alma received K250071 for the Alma FemiLift Pixel CO2 System, which adds a FemiLift handpiece: a 50 mm focusing handpiece with a mirror that turns the beam 90 degrees and a single use sterile sleeve. The summary states that the indications are unchanged from the Pixel CO2 and that the system is cleared for gynecology among other specialties.
Alma's FemiLift brochure describes three modes. Pixel mode splits the beam through a diffractive optical element into 81 microscopic beams in a 9 by 9 pattern. Cut and Coagulate mode uses focused energy for excision, incision and coagulation. FemiLite is a low power, high repetition setting. The vaginal applicators are the FemiLift, 28 mm in diameter and rotated through 360 degrees during treatment, and the narrower FemiLift Slim, 18 mm. Both take a disposable hygienic sleeve. The brochure also lists 50 mm and 100 mm focusing applicators, TruSpot, TruScan and the LiteScan scanner.
Underneath, a FemiLift is a Pixel CO2 console with an articulated arm, so the two can be hard to tell apart. A unit sold as FemiLift should have at least one FemiLift or FemiLift Slim applicator, and some also have the Pixel 7x7 and 9x9 skin handpieces. Alma's Pixel CO2 literature lists 30 W and 70 W versions, so check the power rating on the label.
Buyers will ask which applicators are included and how many sealed sleeves, probes or protectors come with the system, since these are single use. They will also ask about the articulated arm, the mirror and lens in each handpiece, and the camera if present. Add the laser's service history and photos of the label, screen and every applicator.
