See what it's worth

ReVive is a fractional 1927 nm thulium laser from Rohrer Aesthetics. Rohrer announced its launch on September 17, 2026, presenting it as an addition to the company's skin rejuvenation line. The wavelength is the main thing that separates it from Rohrer's other resurfacing devices: the Phoenix is a CO2 laser, and PiX:E and the PiXel8-Reveal use a 2940 nm Er:YAG laser alongside RF microneedling.

Treatment is delivered through a fractional laser head fitted with rollers. Rohrer lists 15 W of laser power, linear and random scan modes and two delivery modes, either preset or customizable. The company markets it for Fitzpatrick skin types I to V and lists actinic keratosis, benign pigmented lesions such as age spots, sun spots and freckles, and coagulation of soft tissue among its uses. Both the product page and the launch release state that the system needs no consumables, which matters for a buyer comparing operating costs with tip-based devices.

Rohrer's product page and its launch release do not agree on all of the scanner figures. The page lists scan sizes from 1 by 1 mm to 20 by 20 mm, spots up to 100 micrometers and spot spacing of 0.4 to 2.0 mm, while the release gives spot sizes from 0 to 200 micrometers and spacing from 0.1 to 2 mm. Read the actual ranges from your unit's settings screen rather than relying on either document. ReVive does not appear among Rohrer's 510(k) clearances in the FDA database, so keep any regulatory paperwork that came with the system.

Since ReVive only reached the market in late 2026, any resale unit will be nearly new. Dealers will ask for the purchase date and invoice, whether the factory warranty can transfer to a new owner, and the condition of the roller head. Include photos of the console, the serial label and the startup screen, and list every accessory in the box.
