Jeisys DENSITY

DENSITY is a non-invasive radiofrequency platform from Jeisys Medical of Seoul. Jeisys says its first commercial release came in April 2023, and FDA cleared it under K230663 on August 14, 2023 for dermatologic and general surgical procedures requiring electrocoagulation and hemostasis, with Solta's Thermage FLX as the predicate. The generator runs at 6.78 MHz with up to 400 W of output, and Jeisys describes a sequential heating algorithm that delivers monopolar and bipolar RF in the same shot.

The 2023 filing lists the system as a main unit, one handpiece, six electrode tips, a neutral electrode pad and cable, a footswitch and a power cord. The tips come in three sizes, 0.25 cm2, 4 cm2 and 16 cm2, and in two generations for eye, face and body areas: I-Tip and I-Tip II, F-Tip and F-Tip II, B-Tip and B-Tip II. Skin protection comes from a cryogen spray, 1234ze gas metered by a solenoid valve in the handpiece, which Jeisys says can be set to five levels. The system monitors impedance in the 75 to 400 ohm range, targets 65 to 75 °C and fires for 50 to 800 ms.

Two things help identify a unit. First, the July 2025 clearance K250065 covers DENSITY, DENZA and DENSITY Noir together and expands the tip list to 13, adding Classic, High and ALPHA tips. Second, Jeisys calls DENSITY Noir the successor to a model called Density High, so a console labeled DENSITY could be the original, a High or a Noir. Read the model name on the serial label and list the tip names exactly as printed.

A buyer will ask which tips come with the system, whether they are sealed, and their remaining shot counts if the console tracks them. Also report whether the cryogen supply works, the condition of the handpiece and its cable, the neutral pad cable, the software version and the service record.
