Jeisys Density Noir

Density Noir is the newest radiofrequency console in Jeisys Medical's DENSITY range. Jeisys announced on September 4, 2026 that Density Noir had received approval from South Korea's Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and had gone on sale there, describing it as the official successor to the Density High. Jeisys's company history lists the launch of DENSITY Noir and three new tip types in 2026. In the United States, FDA had already cleared DENSITY, DENZA and DENSITY Noir together under K250065 in July 2025.

The platform shares its core with the original DENSITY: monopolar and bipolar RF at 6.78 MHz, up to 400 W, cryogen cooling using 1234ze gas, and a handpiece with interchangeable electrode tips. The 2025 clearance lists 13 tip designs, including Classic, High and ALPHA tips in eye, face and body versions. Jeisys's announcement says Noir adds an upgraded DCD cooling system, an Infinity Mode that keeps delivering RF at a set level, and a Gentle Mode that sets how much tip pressure triggers each pulse. Its product page also mentions an auto-pulsing mode.

The tip line is the main way to tell Noir from earlier units. Jeisys groups the tips as Classic for monopolar only, Alpha and High for combined monopolar and bipolar delivery, and the new Boost Tip, which it calls the first dedicated bipolar tip in the range and a dedicated consumable. Earlier DENSITY consoles shipped with the I, F and B tip families. Read the model name from the serial label, since the console names are close.

Since Noir is new, a buyer will focus on what transfers with the unit: the warranty status, registration with Jeisys, the tips included and how many unused Boost or other tips are sealed. Also give the software version, the cooling gas supply status, the condition of the handpiece and cable, and the service record. Photos of the serial label and each tip help.
