Classys QUADESSY

QUADESSY is a hybrid radiofrequency microneedling platform made by Classys and sold in the United States exclusively by Cartessa Aesthetics, which launched it in the first half of 2026. Cartessa describes it as pairing non-invasive RF with fractional RF microneedling in one device and delivering energy to the epidermis, papillary dermis and reticular dermis in a single pass. Cartessa's names for these features are Hybrid Thermal Coagulation, in which surface RF heating comes before needle RF, and DualDepth, its term for synchronized pulses at more than one depth.

The system ships with three handpieces. The HybridRF handpiece takes either a QuadRF tip with 25 needles, which also emits non-invasive RF, or a Body tip with 64 needles. The WavPlus handpiece delivers non-invasive bipolar RF through three tip sizes and sounds an audible alert as tissue approaches and reaches a target temperature. The PointRF handpiece uses a single needle tip. Cartessa also lists Adaptive Energy Control, which adjusts RF output in real time according to skin impedance.

Classys entered microneedling RF through its 2024 merger with Ilooda, maker of the Secret RF line, and its 2024 annual report names Secret Max as its next generation microneedling RF platform. The WavPlus name also appears in FDA's November 2024 clearance of Ilooda's Secret MAX Multi-platform RF System, K241157, where a WavPlus menu delivers non-thermal RF with massage. Cartessa does not describe how QUADESSY relates to Secret Max, so describe your unit by the name on its label. QUADESSY is also separate from Virtue RF, the other microneedling RF device in Cartessa's lineup.

When listing a QUADESSY, name each handpiece and tip in the box, the number of unopened needle tips with their packaging dates, and the software version. Buyers will ask about the handpiece cables, the WavPlus temperature alert and the service history, and they will want photos of the serial label, the main screen and the tip packaging.
