EVERESSE is the North American name for Volnewmer, a monopolar radiofrequency platform made by Classys of Seoul. Classys received Korean approval for Volnewmer in August 2022 and began selling it in Korea at the end of October that year, then launched it in Japan and Hong Kong before a wider rollout in 2024. FDA cleared Volnewmer under K240248 in April 2024, and Classys launched it in the United States as Everesse through Cartessa Aesthetics, which distributes it exclusively in the US and Canada.

The FDA summary describes a non-invasive monopolar RF system at 6.78 MHz with maximum output of 115 W, water cooling of the epidermis, and RF tuning across a range of tissue impedances. The system consists of a console, two handpieces, treatment tips, a return pad and cable, coupling gel and a footswitch, and the cleared use is electrocoagulation and hemostasis of soft tissue in dermatologic procedures. A second clearance, K253504 in July 2026, added a software Repeat Mode for continuous delivery of shots and describes the tip as reusable.

Classys offers four color coded tips: the V tip at 4.0 square cm, the I tip at 0.25 square cm, the S tip at 16.0 square cm and the F tip at 3.0 square cm. Cartessa lists three of them for Everesse, at 4.0, 0.25 and 16.0 square cm, and says both handpieces accept all three. FDA's device identifier database lists tip catalog numbers in R and D versions, such as VLMC04002R for the V tip and VLMC03002D for an F tip.

Because a console can carry either brand, record the name on the label and the software version, and note whether Repeat Mode appears in the menu, since it arrived with the 2026 clearance. List every tip and both handpieces. Buyers will check the water cooling circuit, the tip faces and the handpiece cables, and they will want the service history and photos of the label.
