EndyMed PRO

The EndyMed PRO is a radiofrequency console from EndyMed Medical built around the company's 3DEEP multi-source, phase controlled RF technology. EndyMed says 3DEEP drives six RF generators and adjusts the phase between electrode pairs so the fields repel each other and push energy deeper into the dermis rather than across the skin surface. FDA first cleared the console in July 2009 as the Imagine TC Skin Treatment System (K083461), a bipolar RF device running at 1 MHz with thermoelectric cooled small and large handpieces, for noninvasive treatment of mild to moderate facial wrinkles and rhytides. Later EndyMed filings call that clearance the EndyMed PRO.

The PRO is a handpiece platform. FDA added the Fractional Skin Resurfacing (FSR) applicator in 2011 (K101510), which creates micro-ablation points for resurfacing, and the Intensif RF microneedling applicator in 2014 (K130501). The Contour handpiece, cleared in 2016 (K161199), combines non-thermal RF with vacuum massage for body work and the temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite. FDA's GUDID lists EndyMed PRO 85W systems in 110 V and 220 V versions, face and body packages, and Shaper, Mini Shaper, Contour, FSR and Intensif handpieces.

Do not confuse the PRO with the EndyMed PRO MAX, cleared in June 2025 (K242996). That newer console reaches 100 W, uses fan cooling in place of water cooling, supports an optional thermal camera, and pairs with Max versions of each handpiece, including the iFine Max. The 2025 summary gives the original Imagine TC a 65 W maximum and the Contour configuration 85 W, so the wattage on the label helps date a console.

Most of a PRO's value sits in its handpieces. List each one by name, note cracked electrodes or damaged cables, and say whether the console was sold as a face, body or full system. FSR and Intensif treatments use disposable tips, so count any sealed tip packs. Buyers will also ask about the water cooling, software version and service records. Photograph the label, screen and every handpiece.
