Astanza Trinity
Sell your used Astanza Trinity.

The Astanza Trinity is a nanosecond tattoo removal laser that combines two Q-switched sources in one device: an Nd:YAG laser producing 1064 nm and 532 nm, and a ruby laser producing 694 nm. Astanza lists 6 nanosecond pulses for the Nd:YAG wavelengths and 30 nanoseconds for the ruby. Maximum pulse energy is 1.5 J for the Nd:YAG and 1.2 J for the ruby, and the repetition rate reaches 10 Hz. Astanza markets it for tattoo removal across ink colors and for benign pigmented lesions, and with the microbeam handpieces, for skin resurfacing.
The Trinity can use seven handpieces, all built with its OptiBeam II flat top beam design. The 2 x 2, 3 x 3 and 4 x 4 mm square handpieces came standard. Square 5 x 5 mm and 7 x 7 mm handpieces were options. Two microbeam handpieces extend the system: an 8 mm DF handpiece aimed at wrinkles and acne scars, and a 9 mm HC handpiece for benign pigmented lesions.
Two other Astanza systems share parts of the Trinity's wavelength set, so check what the screen offers. The Duality has only the Nd:YAG wavelengths, 1064 and 532 nm. The EternityTSR is a ruby only laser with a 40 nanosecond pulse and its own handpiece sizes. In a 2021 article Astanza described buying those two machines together as splitting the Trinity's capabilities across two devices. A single cabinet that offers all three wavelengths is a Trinity. Astanza now lists the Trinity as no longer available for purchase but says it continues to service current owners.
With two laser sources, a buyer will want to know that both fire at full output and will ask for service records covering each one. List every handpiece included, especially the optional 5 and 7 mm square and microbeam handpieces, and give the shot counter reading. Photos of the serial label, the wavelength selection screen and each handpiece lens help a dealer quote.
